Anxiety
“About six months ago I was at my lowest ebb, I hadn’t left the house in months. Jemma helped me get back to feeling normal again. Without her I don’t know where I would be today. I would recommend Jemma to anyone suffering from anxiety and depression” Ruby
What is anxiety:
Most people will suffer from anxiety at some point or another when facing a challenging life event or a significant life change. It is a natural coping response when dealing with a perceived threat. - Lack of self-belief / negative self-talk
- Feelings of paranoia
- Feeling tense or on edge
- Feeling nauseous / IBS symptoms
- Sweating

- Breathing issues / tightness in your chest
- Panic attacks
