What to Expect
Each session is tailored to engage children and young people in an enjoyable and natural way. We focus on their strengths and goals, creating a vision for a positive future. In the first session, we’ll explore challenges, goals, and how the brain works. From the second session onward, hypnosis will be introduced as guided relaxation or imaginative exercises, helping to reinforce positive thought patterns and teach calming self-regulation techniques. Each session combines talking therapy with guided relaxation (hypnosis), allowing for a focus on solutions and the development of a positive mindset. You’ll also receive a relaxation audio download to support progress between sessions.

For children under 16, I offer house visits with a trusted adult present. Being in the comfort of their home can make the experience feel more secure and relaxing, helping them to engage more fully with the session.
