In your first session, we’ll explore your challenges and goals, alongside an explanation of how the brain works. From the second session onward, hypnosis will be introduced to promote relaxation and positive thought patterns. Each session combines talking therapy with guided relaxation (hypnosis), helping you focus on solutions and build a positive mindset. You’ll also receive a relaxation audio download to support your progress between sessions.
