The Performer Mindset Programme is a structured, time-limited programme designed to support performers in building confidence, focus, and emotional regulation in the lead-up to a performance or competition.
This work is not about last-minute fixes. It focuses on developing positive confidence habits over time, so mindset skills feel natural and reliable under pressure.

How the Programme Works
The Performer Mindset Programme follows a clear, intentional structure:

Three sessions delivered in succession to support preparation, habit-building, and consistency
-
One final session during performance week, focused on confidence, integration, and regulation
This structure allows mindset tools to be practised alongside physical training, rather than added on at the last minute.
Ideal Booking Window
This programme is ideally booked around three months before a performance or competition.
This timeframe allows:

confidence strategies to be embedded gradually
-
nervous system regulation skills to become familiar
-
mindset tools to feel automatic under pressure
In some circumstances, shorter-notice bookings may be possible, but earlier booking supports deeper and more sustainable change.
