As research has shown, measuring outcomes within therapy is good practice and so our CORP programme (The Clifton Practice, Outcomes, Research Programme) is another aspect that sets us apart from other therapies. Each week we look at 7 different areas within the client’s life.

  2. Your interactions with others
  3. Level of activity
  4. Confidence levels
  5. How well you are utilising your strengths
  6. How you would rate your achievements
  7. Overall happiness.

Although dips throughout the sessions are completely natural, overall we should see this line moving in the right direction and getting above that blue line, as with this graph. The blue line represents when a client is back in intellectual control. I teach you the skills and habits to remain above that line long after your therapy has ended. As you can see on the whole there are significant changes within as little as 9 weeks,  however on an individual basis some conditions will take longer. The therapy is person-centred and you as the client you will decide when you are ready to stop sessions.

Measuring our clients progress is a voluntary programme. However it can be very encouraging to reflect on the clients journey each week so they can see their improvements. It can also highlight areas where improvements could be made.
